Join Judith Kulla & Christine Jones of the Hastings Walkabout Club for a hiking and yoga adventure. We will begin with a hike around Schaar's Bluff followed by a gentle yoga session under the trees with me, Della McGee.
The lovely Becky Clark will be serenading us with her cello while we transition from pose to pose.
Please bring your walking shoes, a water bottle, bug spray, sunscreen & your yoga mat.
